This is a soft customer service oriented environment! Schedule is full time evenings; Monday-Thursday, 1pm-10pm and Fridays 12:30pm-9:30pm. Applicants must commit to 12 months in this schedule prior to requesting schedule change. Responsibilities-Collection representatives to perform account follow-up and resolutions of patient receivables in our inbound/outbound call center. These collection representatives are responsible for assisting customers who have outstanding balances on HCA and external hospital bills. The position requires excellent customer service and listening skills and the ability to negotiate with customers to resolve their obligations.
