Successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, soliciting, quoting and selling commercial insurance within underwriting guidelines. Producer will manage accounts, cross sell products and services to existing clients and further develop and maintain business relationships with clients and insurance company representatives. Candidates must be self-motivated, well organized and capable of producing required reports and other documentation on a timely basis, provide customer support and promote the company’s presence through participation at various events.Ideal candidate’s qualifications include:• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of five years related commercial lines experience.• Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty Producer License• Insurance Designations a plus.• Valid Driver’s License• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.• A commitment to providing first class customer service is a must.
