Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Review and evaluate credit reports, preliminary report, judgments, bankruptcy documents, appraisal and income documentation. Analyze and calculate Income Documentation such as personal and business income statements; ensure all necessary documentation is requested to support final loan decisions.
