Details: ABOUT US: Paramount Equity was founded in 2003 and provides residential homeowners a variety of financial services to accomplish one simple goal: Save Our Neighbors Money!  From purchase and refinance mortgage banking, to property, casualty, life and health insurance, and now solar panel leasing and financing, Paramount Equity is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our customers and the local communities in which we operate.We have been awarded the A+ Employers’ Award by the Sacramento Business Journal on multiple occasions (2006, 2007, 2009, 2010 & 2011) as an exceptional place to work.  We continue to maintain an “A” ranking as an Accredited Business with the Better Business Bureau.OVERVIEW: Paramount Equity is looking for experienced mortgage bankers, loan officers, loan originators, etc. with previous sales success to sell and close conventional, FHA (“Full Eagle” designation) and VA residential home loans through our in-house, mortgage banking platform.  Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Advise new and existing customers on various loan programs based on the customers’ financial needs Obtain and analyze pertinent financial and credit data Analyze current rates and programs to provide accurate and timely information to customers Negotiate terms and conditions of loans with applicants Act as primary liaison with borrowers (customers), outside entities (realtors, title and escrow officers, etc.) and other company employees to facilitate a prompt and efficient loan closing Keep informed on trends and developments in the local real estate market, as well as the changing rules and regulations, pertaining to both private and government-insured mortgages Manage personal pipeline to ensure service standards and financial goals are met Consistently work in accordance with published departmental sales and service standards Transact business in conformance with state and federal regulations such as, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA and Fair Lending PracticesWHAT WE PROVIDE TO YOU: We fund our loans as a Direct Mortgage Banker or Direct Lender with large, Tier-1 Investors Highly-competitive revenue splits with a monthly draw guarantee Non-recoverable draw the first 2 months so you get started out on the right foot!
