Great Pay to $28KResponsibilities:- Handle high in-bound vendor and customer calls- Provide excellent, efficient, and accurate customer service to vendors and client?le- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal- Utilize a headset- Manage heavy data entry, accurately and efficiently- Work closely with team members and management within a call - center setting to ensure that all customer needs are met in accordance to company policyQualifications:- 2-5 years in a customer service call center setting and environment- Ability to handle heavy in-bound customer and vendor calls (70+ a day at a minimum)- Ability to multi-task, wear multiple job hats, to switch gears and assist multiple vendors, clients, and customers simultaneously, all the while keeping each account organized and on task. - Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills - Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude- Must be flexible and reliable - Ability to work closely with the team and all levels of management- Proficient in Word, Excel and standard Database Management systems- Ability to handle heavy data entry for each and every call, able to complete call and all required data entry quickly, efficiently, and accurately each time.
