Details: Effectively acquires, manages and grows profitable account relationships with an extensive percentage of moderately complex and medium sized business customers that have annual gross sales of generally more than $2MM and less than $20MM. Ensures the overall success & growth of an assigned portfolio by deepening relationships of existing customers and through the acquisition of new customers. Proactively partners with existing customers in order to fully understand their businesses, goals, strategies and challenges. Accurately assesses their financial needs for the purpose of formulating a business plan and delivering an effective variety of financial products and services in order to help the customer succeed financially. Performs effective financial analysis and underwriting in the areas of credit, cash flow and collateral. Effectively partners with other Bankers and lines of business to deliver the full complement of Wells products and services. May structure and complete straight forward secured and unsecured business loans. May provide guidance to Business Relationship Managers.

RELATIONSHIP SUPPORT SPEC III
Details: Under limited supervision, relies on experience and judgment to perform complex administrative and customer service tasks in support of Relationship Managers. The administrative tasks can include but are not limited to preparing credit reports and loan documents/packages, ensuring accuracy and completeness of loan packages, gathering information on existing loan relationships, booking/closing loans. Customer service responsibilities can include identifying, researching and resolving customers? questions and issues regarding deposits, fund transfers, loan advances, loan pay downs and payoffs, etc. May also have responsibility for opening and closing deposit accounts.Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares various reports such as loan/product sales pipeline, RPM updates, NSFs, past due loans, etc. Reviews, processes and disburses approved draw requests. Helps prepare pre-call materials for the Relationship Managers. Reviews and logs in all incoming financial reporting for input into loan tracking systems. Prepares ARRs for loan approval. Interfaces with appraisers, title companies, attorneys, contractors, recording agencies, inspectors, etc. Monitors and assists in collection of past due payments. Solicits prospects and sells additional products to existing customers. Processes loan advances, payments, rollovers, conversions, margin changes, wire transfers, and all fees associated with loans. Handles incoming and outgoing invoices including outside vendors, commitment fees, engineering fees, facility fees, letters of credit, etc. Maintains all customer files and database systems. Maintains calendars, schedules meetings, makes travel arrangements, prepares expense reports, answers phones and types correspondence for the Relationship Managers.High school diploma or GED. Two to three years experience in a secretarial/administrative assistant capacity. Must be able to think independently and have the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excel experience preferred. Must be able to present oneself in a professional manner. Ability to work well within the team environment.
